The Baltimore Ravens and Kyle Hamilton have agreed on a massive 4-year, $100.4 million contract extension that will keep the star safety with the team through the 2029 season.
This contract is the largest for a safety in NFL history.
The deal also includes $82 million guaranteed, which smashes the previous guaranteed amount of money for a safety of $45 million.
Hamilton is in his prime at 24 years old and continues to improve. His versatility enables him to play in the box as well as cover, making him a tremendous asset for the Ravens defense.
Over the past three seasons, Hamilton has been the only defensive back to record five interceptions, five sacks, and at least 15 tackles for a loss.
The Ravens now have locked in a pivotal piece to their deadly defense as they load up to compete for a superbowl.
