Steph Curry Adds New Milestone With 4,000 Three-Pointers

Curry continues to add to his legendary career.

Last week, Steph Curry reached yet another milestone by hitting his 4,000th career three-pointer.

In that game, Curry only recorded 11 points with 5 assists and 2 rebounds while shooting 4-9 from the field and 2-6 from the three-point line. It was a very low-scoring night for the greatest shooter in NBA history, but that didn’t matter as Curry hit the new mark and the Warriors blitzed the Sacramento Kings, 130-104.

On Saturday night, Curry added a few more three-pointers to his record, putting more space between him and everyone looking up at him including active players James Harden (3,131; second place), Damian Lillard (2,800; fourth place) and former Splash Brother Klay Thompson (2,667; fifth place).

It’s safe to say that he will hold this record for a very long time as Curry, 37, plans on playing for a few more years, meaning that his totals will only increase.

“It’s beyond my wildest dreams to push a record that far” Curry said after reaching the 4,000 mark.

Curry and the Warriors have been on a hot streak since acquiring Jimmy Butler and are now back in championship contention.

And if Curry continues to shoot like he has, he just might win his fifth NBA title on top of adding more three-pointers to his resume.
