Travis Hunter Looks To Change The Game, Now On Defense

Hunter has made his choice, for now.

After an amazing collegiate career, Colorado star Travis Hunter announced that he will attend the NFL combine as a defensive back.

Travis, who won the Heisman Trophy this past season after dominating the competition on both sides of the ball, is a projected top 5 pick in this year’s NFL draft. Some say he might go first overall to the Titans.

Hunter is recognized as one of the best two-way players that the world has ever seen, yet many fans were waiting to see what side of the ball he will play in the NFL.

Now, or at least for now, Hunter will be on the defensive side of the field.

But, due to his talents, Hunter could still participate in wide receiver drills or workouts at the combine as they are on separate days, and if he continues to impress, his future team might just draw up some plays for him on offense.

It will be interesting to see which drills Hunter does. Either way, Hunter will be an impactful player and is worthy of being a top 5 pick.
